Futuro Mahindra W201 vaza no Facebook

Uma imagem do futuro utilitário da Mahindra, conhecido por enquanto pelo código W201, vazou através da página oficial do Car and Bike Show no Facebook. Tratado pela marca como seu primeiro SUV global, ele será vendido nos principais mercados onde ela está presente.

Em comparação com outros modelos da marca o Novo W201 será mais refinado e será posicionado acima do modelo Scorpion na gama atual. Os principais concorrentes no mercado internacional serão a Toyota Fortuner (nossa Hilux SW4) e o Ford Endeavour.


Na motorização é esperada uma unidade 2.2 CRDi já presente no modelo Scorpion e acoplada à transmissões manual e automática.

O lançamento do Novo W201 em território indiano vai ocorrer no fim do mês de outubro.

Flagra do Novo SUV da Brilliance, o A3

A chinesa Brilliance prepara um novo SUV para ser mostrado agora no Salão de Xangai em abril. Se trata do modelo A3 que visualmente lembra bastante o utilitário X1 da BMW. Essa semelhança se deve ao fato das duas marca formarem uma parceria onde a marca chinesa tem permissão para produzir e vender modelos da marca alemã no mercado local, assim virou costume a marca chinesa se inspirar nesse modelos para criar suas novidades.

A plataforma do modelo e alguns elementos do interior serão compartilhados com o também novo sedã A4, que inclusive já foi mostrado por aqui há pouco tempo. Aliás o habitáculo se mostrará bem luxuoso com bancos de couro e alguns toques de luxo como o acabamento imitando madeira e a presença de cromados.

A gama de motores será composta por unidades 1.6, 1.8 e 1.8 turbo. A transmissão será manual ou automática de cinco velocidades e a tração será 4x2 e 4x4. Os preços começarão em 140 mil yuans, algo próximo de 50 mil reais.

A chegada desse SUV e do novo sedã A4 citado anteriormente fazem parte de uma tentativa de recuperação da marca já que atualmente ela vive em uma fase com constantes déficits em suas contas.
